Seka will be available in the UK from 16th to 27th February, offering a limited number of in-person Bio-Energy Healing sessions.
Bio-Energy Healing works with the body’s natural energetic field and nervous system, supporting the release of accumulated stress, emotional holding, and subtle imbalances that can build up through everyday life, illness, or prolonged pressure. Rather than forcing change, the work allows the system to settle, reorganise, and return toward its own natural state of balance.
In-person sessions allow Seka to sense and respond to the body’s energetic cues in real time, supporting nervous system regulation, gentle release of held tension, and increased clarity and groundedness. Many people describe feeling calmer, more centred, and more at ease both during the session and in the days that follow.
Appointment times are available:

– 2:00pm – 5:00pm
